Default I finally did it....I got a Scion.

I've owned many Toytotas in the past with my first car being a 1984 Toyota Cressida. My Dad got me started young on the quality of Toyota as well as the dependablility too. I loved that car.

Anyhow, I just wanted to let everyone know that not only am I a dealer of Scions (almost 4 years in Feb), but that I joined the club with my own purchase of a 2008 2nd Gen xB. I went with the Black on Black Leather setup. I have to say driving one of these cars is so much fun. Of course I drive them everyday with customers but actually having my own is great.

I love the get up and go as well as the fact it takes regular unleaded. Of course, I've already hit several things in the road and tore up my front bumper

I'm sure I'll be adding some cool stuff to this car soon. I'll keep you "posted."

Congratulations and welcome, it's always nice to see dealers who are passionate enough about their product to drive them as their personal vehicle. Good luck with the mods, the xB2 is a little behind what's available for the xB1 and tC but should ramp up aftermarket support during the year. If you're just chewing up paint I'd recommend the clear 3M film from Rockblocker.

well it was more like a truck de-threaded his tire a few cars up and I couldn't see it until I hit it. tore up 14 in of the bottom bumper. I guess a body kit or new bumper will have to do the trick

Thanks for all the support - I love the ride - it's so much fun to drive. And I work at the Lewisville TX location. Scion of Lewisville. I have some new special release CD's about to hit that were remixed just for my sold customers that I sell at my store. They should be out in about 2 weeks. You are more than welcome to stop out and pick up a copy.

Welcome to the cult. I liked my tC so much that I got a job at the dealership I bought it from like 6 months later. You'll never go back.
