Does Texas employ something like CARB? Ive been looking but Cant really figure out what to look for about seeing whats allowed and whats not, or if im going to have to swap any Intake or Header I get before inspections?

 

u can have an intake..

will not pass with a CEL..
and if u have headers without a CEL then make sure ur car doesnt smell like it should have a CEL lol...

 

check it out... go to a inspection station that appears to be ran by a mexican, tell him "hey man i have a problem and i hear you can help me out, you see i dont have insurance and my homeboy said that you helped him out" he'll then say "yea i can get it for you for $20" or some bullspit like that... you can have a car that is in no way fit to be on the streets and they'll still give you the dang sticker lol... but if u want more info on what they check for go to http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/vi/insp.../item_insp.asp
