No problem, anything to help out a show. It would be nice to get a major show going in this area. I did not see a good show the entire time I have lived here since last April.

It would be nice to have a show in the area that everyone will mark on their calender and plan on attending every year!

That is the plan, i'm hoping once i start selling XS energy drinks, and supplements, SE MD will be able to fund several east coast based events, and help out with the sponsors! The more help in these things the better they'll be!

 

Alright, just thought that i'd get this idea back into perspective, i still think that this should begin to take shape... i honestly believe that this event could be a big one! Anyone else got anything that they could add? Anyone got connects? Dealerships?

 

I am definately in....but we need to get together and plan this out...point fingers (not literally...) and get on the ball! I have only been down there once...Broadway at the Beach is definately a good idea considering all there is to do there. My parents own a condo at Landmark Resorts...so I have a place to stay jk.....I guess whoever is seriousl interested...speak up and lets have a huge party in Myrtle Beach!!

I'm in depending on the Date... I work two jobs over the summer, and I'm working on getting a third for the time being (and then letting go of the job I'm at now) so get some official dates set, get a hotel with a price most people can offord, and then let me know.. I'm up for sharing rooms with someone (sex doesnt really matter to me) I may or may not bring someone along, but if I'm going to drive 400 miles in one day... I want it to be worth it... and I'm sure everyone can agree, that if its well planed, you'll get more people (= less talk more action) ;)

Ok, so Stu started this thing a while back. All of his intentions sound great except for anything to really happen...we have to get planning. I believe the best way to start is to form a committee...we can delegate to certain people what to do or help out with. We definatley need help in all SE on the east coast to get as many people involved and to attend.

So, if everyone is down....list your name. We can either meet up somewhere so we can all meet eachother, or have an AOL IM meet (lol) and get this show on the road.

We need difinitive ideas of what to have/host...Stu listed a skew of ideas. We can discuss what we want to see there and then start to find the resources to make those things happen. Then we need a date...most importantly. A little later down the road we can check out hotels and find the best deals for group rates. If they give us a minimum, we can find the minimum and start booking.

Just as an idea...my friend James at creatve compacts hosts Cougar Fest every year for all the cougar owners out there. You can check out that website www.cougarfest.com and see what they do. This would be a perfect idea.....

Anyways, I think you get the point...we all have to help out here if we really wanna make this happen and make it happen right. So lets hear it:
