How bout a month first! The date will change i'm sure several times prior to it being finalized! I suggest maybe May? Anyone else.. i know we have done this already on the previous pages... but times have changed too... everyones imput is needed to make this thing big!

 

any saturday in may should be fine with me...since many of us who live far away would like to be back at our homes by sunday eve, unless Monday's off...

thats another thing...do we have a long weekend falling in or around May...a long weekend will be even better to get ppl from far away places....

 

as you guys get confirmation on the date and time of this big meet, pls let us know so we can gather up some goodies for you guys and if given enough time, I'm sure a few of us can fly out to the event to meet the EC crew. I'm sure I can go for a weekend trip. Let us know.Peace

 

The first long weekend would be memorial day weekend....the 28-29th. There is a poll up now, so cast your vote and we will try to see what date works best.

 

Just a heads up memorial day weekend is considered Black Bike Weekend. 500,000 black bikers on their street bikes come to Myrtle Beach that weekend. Not racist that is just what they call it around here.

So it would be best if after that weekend, because there is so many motorcyles out it is hard to get around, plus all the hotels are usually booked solid.


Any of the next few weeks after that would be good because it is considered Senior Weeks, and there are tons of young high school and college graduates down here. So it is a big time party going on at the clubs and on the strip.

Sounds good too me.. i dont mind.. There is some info about a mall that is abandoned on the first few pages i think? Anyhow.. maybe a parking lot at the mall would do! Have some of the local dealerships come out! SE crew, and the SL crew. Advertise with flyers around Myrtle beach, and possibly on the radio stations! Call some people to do possible photo shoots? Ya know? Scions are big, and such we should go big! Nilo.. that would be awesome if you all could make it out! I definelty would love to meet some of the SE crew from the WC! Thanks for all the info folks, keep it coming!
