I know you have autocrossing but this is mandatory and important. You need to be there.

well the meeting will start promptly at 12 noon. We are getting everyone to meet at 11. Like I said there will be some anouncements that will effect the entire club and it is important that every member is there.

 

i dont understand why people cant comprehend "MANDATORY" ...... everyone has to be there!!! there is alot going on and on top of that theres FREE FOOD and a FREE MOVIE!!!!

 

Well it may not be a matter of not understanding mandatory but if a person has something scheduled for that day that they set up previously, it is kinda unfair to think they will just drop what they are doing and come to the event.

I mean this was announced 17 full days (weekends included) before the event is supposed to take place and wasn't full finalized (time, location, etc) until 12 full days prior to the event. So it is very possible someone had something scheduled more then before this was announced that they are going to attend. I think giving a little lean for understanding should be allowed here. I mean, it isn't like the announcements can't be posted on a forum some where after the event has taken place. Plus, she said she will try to catch up with us after her previous engagement is done so hey.

Just puttin that out there.

lol yea he is a she.... no i wasnt trying to be mean and i do understand but i also think that if we all want this club to work in our favor then we all need to be on the same page!!!! and in order for that we should all meet up!!!! i just hope that we can get as many there as possible!!! i was just kidding when i stated that hence the free food and movie comment afterwards!!! lol
