Default Anyone work for Geico?

I maybe working for geico and commuting to Fredericksburg from Richmond. Anyone else work there? What do you think about it? Are they cutting back anything like benefits, free coffee, etc, etc? Is that the only office meaning I couldnt move up to another or similar position in Richmond? Thanks.

From the articles I read in the local newspaper, employees get a pretty decent cut for profit sharing.

Thanks. I work for a bank that decided last yeat to not jack up interest rates and cut employee benefits. They upped the rates anyway and we got screwed in benefits now only 80% coverage, next to no performance or comission pay. No thrills like pizza partys, catering, logoed items, etc.

No idea about cuts... but I hope the gecko doesn't get laid off.

But seriously, I wish you well with your new job! Hopefully you'll give yourself a discount and extra coverage for all of your aftermarket parts.
