Default Best way to ship a bumper?

Ok guys I need to know the best and most affordable way to ship a bumper. I'd like to get it done for $100 or less. Any ideas?

Cheapest way I've sent big stuff has actually been (1) parcel post-- utmost size limit for mailing is longest length + girth (measure around thickest part) = 130 inches or less. If over that size, few people realize that you can ship large stuff fairly cheaply via Greyhound bus. Just a suggestion.

Greyhound can deliver terminal-to-terminal or door-to-door. You can get a quote at www.shipgreyhound.com . Reading the terms of shipping I did find these great nuggets of info:
"Shipments of Human Eyes, when transported for cornea and/or lens extraction, WILL be accepted for transportation in Priority Service only. "
"Animal Heads, consisting of decapitated animals for the purpose of medical testing only will be permitted when properly containerized and not in conflict with bio-hazardous materials handling policy."
Woohoo! Now I can get rid of them eyeballs and animal heads I have laying around!
