Hey i wanna join in on some scion action

 

most definatelly we need to just all get together and meet not neccesarily a show or anything just get together maybe have a dinner night or movie night or something just to meet everyone

 

We've started a Scion group down here and are always looking for new things to do.

 

well im getting a set of golf clubs for xmas and i am new to the sport never really golfed, and considering thebox looks kinda like a golf kart, maybe some of you scion / golfers could get together for a friendly game. I will take last place... never played.

check out that link guys maybe you guys can come up with something better, might be a way to pull more knoxville and surrounding area scions into the forum.

Jedi- I was curious, I knew about the forums before I ever talked to you about buying a scion over 2 years ago... did it ever come up in our conversations? I can't remember. maybe when you send out the invites to scion owners for the next event sponsored by scion of knoxville, we could throw out a lil slip telling people about the scionlife.com forums. just an idea. oh and i'd like to start participating in all the local events time and wok permitting.

 

I own a very amateur set of clubs but that would be fun too. I am all about us guys hanging out, playin some golf, have some cigars...sounds fun. and MARK you know you are invited cause you know me

 

ya i mean thats why i picked up golf... its the only sport were you can drink, smoke, and basically do whatever you want while you play haha.

 

hey box, how often are you cleaning up that thing? I am taking mine tomorrow to wash and clean it up if you wanna join me LOL

 

lol, i clean it about every 2 or 3 days... i cleaned it i guess 2 days ago so it would be about time, what car wash do you frequent... i hit up the 3 dollar one off lovell rd. that new one it know its an automatic but it gets the job done then i dry it off after and do the inside. hopefully i get my 2" gold-line drop springs tomorrow.

 

Oh no no no. After that car wash ripped the hood ornament off my PT Cruiser i hand wash mine. I go to the Blue Skies at Walker Srpings or NCW on kingston pike in farragut.

 

ncw is that the one next to fuji's i used to go their all the time, i have no badges or anything hanging off that could get ripped off so i don't worry about it at much, but mine could use a lil TLC and hand wash.

I'm getting some Scion owners together this Sunday to go to the Corn Maze in Greenback. You up for it? Also have a bowling event coming up before the end of this month too.

 

i been to the corn maze and had a blast i'd love to go agian so you can count me in pls hook me and everyone else up with the details i am sure more would love to go. i just wish it was the haunted one.. also sajeel (sp?) u hear about the haunted cave off pellesippi take 62 onto oakridge hwy there is a big sign talking about haunted cave that might be something else we all could go to as well.. and which place are we going bowling family bowl? <-i used to frequent there quite a bit.

 

New thread up for the Corn Maze is posted, I've pushed back the date of the bowling thing to Friday, October 27.
The corn maze will be pay your own way, but I'm working out the bowling so there will be no cost for the Scion owners who attend. It will be two and a-half hours of bowling, shoes, pizza and coke at no charge. Obviously I'm going to have to limit attendance. I'll post more about that soon, just have to nail down a few more details.

 

...oh, btw, jmackdizzle, I guess you're invited too.

No jmackdizzle for the corn maze, but you can definitely show for the bowling thing. I'm putting the deposit down today for that.

BTW any alcohol you have will be on your own dime-- the bartender out there is totally cool. She's got a Scion tC-- and [reference to another thread], Knoxbox, I hear she's single!!!
