I've heard good things about Lake Norman. Town and Country sucked when I bought mine(and charged some Dealer BS fee), but its been almost 3 years now....so who knows.

the dealer fee is what they call "doc" fee. its a bs extra profit crap/ youll notice it varies from delaer to dealer and some dont charge it at all... its a way for them to go around the contract for pure pricing.
I havent found a dealer in the area that doesnt have it. Ill probably try and negotiate it with a dealer close to me ,but would rather find one that doesnt have it.

I got mine at Lake Norman too. Was a wonderful experience. From the time I got the dealership to the time I drove home with my xB, was about 2 hours. Quick and painless. Although that was 2 years ago, things might be different now.
