Come on people. $500 should cover the first person on this trip. If you bring passengers they can help you on that $500 because more than half of that is gas and hotel.

 

Sammiches and a cooler will ease the food budget as well... I can travel cheap....

 

Thats one hell of an idea.

If you bring your own food, the $500 budget I have calculated could be cut down to just over $400. Again, bring passengers to chip in on gas and lodging and you can save even more.

Another idea is we could camp. Bring tents and sleeping bags and that would cut down on the lodging as well.

 

Come on people, don't make me go alone and bring back tons of pics that make you wish you went with me.

 

Look yall, I have already gotten my wife to agree to this trip... PLEASE don't make me waste the one time she likes any idea I have......

ok so heres my plan... im going to be saving up to buy my rims first(and tires)... after i have that money i will save for the trip... i should be able to do it

 

I just talked to my travel agent and she is all for it!!! We can drive up that Friday and hang out til Sunday...

 

im going to try and talk my GF's parents into letting her go... but i doubt it

 

There will be responsible adults there.
