They wouldn't tell me what it cost to have them come here but it would be a good amount... I just hope that they get the Idea that we Scion owners would bring a lot more buisiness to the new dealership!

Good luck....those cars were at SEMA and are insane. I think they are in CA though, that would be kind of expensive for the dealership to get out here...they should talk to the region about helping them out...Hint Hint if any of the dealerships do pay attention to this board.

Put me on the spot why don’t ya...

Donato stated that the dealership would be open early August and we would have the show the first Saturday of opening week. That is all he would tell me, due to that fact that construction is going slow.

At this point in time the shell of the building is up and the exterior, the lot and some landscaping is complete. The interior has yet to see offices, showroom and shop equipment yet to be completed. I actually got a chance to walk through the building. I love knowing all of the Twin City Fire Inspectors...

When I have more info, I will let you know. There is still the lunch meeting with the owner and some of the staff to set things up. They want to postpone that until they have a definite date or at least an idea of when it will take place.

Keep posting with your thoughts and ideas, I am still new to setting up and coordinating large events like this...

 

Construction on the new dealership is falling behind again! Looks like it might be canceled! Dealer doors might not open until September/October! Most of the nicely modded Scions like mine will be strippedof its parts and or stored for the winter! I'll let you all know exactly what is going down when I get some dates on paper.
