Not from the area? I'm from Philly/Lancaster/Lansdale area.

 

Just because we arent from that area doesnt mean we dont want to know whats going doing due to family and friends... half of my family is in the NE. Including Maryland, Philly, and NY...

OK well when your break someone mirror off and deny it this is Rahal, theres one to start with i was in the customer waiting room on a saturday in talkin with friends. And the lady saw i had my Rahal uniform on and she asked me what was taking so long i told her i was not on the clock i was working for myself that day, She told me about her scion and last time it was there they broke off her mirror and they denied it, Only reason why she was back again is because her lawyer was sitting with her ready to go in and talk to the service manager

 

Ok so that was a matter that happened with another person in the service department. Not the sales department.

Regardless of the dealership, some people will have good and bad experiences with sales and service departments. Since you haven't made any really viable arguments here about incedents that have happened to yourself, i'm locking this. If you feel a further need to announce your displeasure at the dealership, put in a dealership review. Do not make another thread.
