my question is will my car pass NH state inspection if i get a trubo?

do u care at THIS point? ur inspection should not be until 2009, and u can just pop the turbo off (and maybe the cat back on if u get **** for power) and go to get tested, then pop it back on... OR you could get it inspected at a really cool gas station...
