Hey everyone!! Just got a Parts Bulletin from Scion. They're offereing the 1st gen xA and xB wheels up for sale! $200 will get you all 4 wheels!! Lemme know if any of you guys want them. I'll order them up

Ladies and gentlemen of the scion nation UNITE!!!! my name is dave and i know alot of you met me before and some of you have not. but today i need you all to help me rally to bring down the most corrupt shop in the area. SPORT CUSTOMS EAST or SCC has taken my car hostage and refuses to return it to me untill they receive a payment of 3 times the agreed price on the work order. also....THE CAR IS NOT FINISHED!!!! it still does not run properly. i will be taking them to court over this injustice...now here is where you guys come in...spread the word of there suckage. DO NOT take your cars to them. also if anybody has any legal experience please feel free to IM me or contact me at supadave156@aol.com. if you guys have any ideas of how to LEGALLY coast them money or in any way torture them im open to suggestions.

So thats the place I was supposed to take mine to get it tuned? Dude. Ain't that kick in the jimmy. I found a tuner, Outlaw Street Tuner, ostdyno.com, in Zelie. It's like 4 miles from my shop. Had the little bugger on the dyno today. Mmm sweet sweet power.

that sux, dude. sorry to hear about your luck. I use Total Image out here in Robinson. Great people and I know Sean uses them to. Decent prices, good work. Hope you can get that worked out. Don't know any lawyers or anything, but keep us posted.

1) Ask the company for a write up of what these extra charges are for and keep that paperwork with the original write up of the 1st agreed amount.
2) take all paperwork to an attorney. Since they are keeping the car for now you have the right to sue them for A) The total value of the car, B) any money that you may of paid them already, and C) any attorney and court fees. If you win your case though you will have to hand over the title to your car.
That is a quick recap of what I was told. An attorney will be able to tell you more of what you can and cannot do.

I would be more than happy to park my well tuned by someone else tC in front of that place. Don't know if it would help your situation, tho. By the way, what time does everyone meet at Spitzer Thursday?

thank you all very much for your help...what id like to do is have a lil scion meeting in the parking lot next door and just have all the cars lined up with picket sign type things warning ppl about this place.......but heres a quick update..my attorney said legally they dont have a leg to stand on so i wrote them a letter giving them 2 choices 1. finish the car for the amount of money agreed upon. or 2. we go to court and i will seek and collect damages. i am still waiting for their decision...and rob we usually meet up around 7ish

they cant raise the price if the contract is signed
really simple
if they dont release the car then report it stolen
simple as that
my buddy did that once and had the owner arrested
then he went on to sue them for the unfinished work

hope things work out for you man.
like everyone says, they have no legal right to take your car hostage and charge 3X the contract price.
make sure you go through with it and get your car back and make sure they know that the customer is always right.

ok new update on the car situation.....they are CLAIMING they will return the car to me by tuesday night if its not im gonna destroy them in court...but im gonna sue them anyway for 50$ a day for everyday they had the car...total thusfar $3,950
