Head by definition is a moving violation.

Also I live on a farm, 50 acres. I don't live in a township at all. Is it legal for me to shoot my gun on my land?
think its different in different areas, but I've been stopped several times with the radar detector in the winshield. reaction has been to laugh ("oh yeah, by the way that thing's worthless", although didn't get a ticket) to talk about what kind of device the cop got me on ("well, I got you with laser, and since we aim them at the license plate there's very little 'splash' to hit the detector and so thats why it didn't go off", got a ticket with that one, a $200 seatbelt fine... ouch). They're not much good, but have saved my butt from time to time and at least here in NY the cops don't seem to mind them.

Dante / True about the radar detectors plus they keep changing the law so many times I don't even bother myself.

About the pot holes. If you can verify from the Highway department of where the pothole was and discovered that there has been several complaints and the pothole wasn't patched in a reasonable amount of time then yes you can file for reimburse, ment.

Road Head / Stay off bumpy roads or it's a violation of teething.

Omar doesn't count since he installed homemade springs into his box. I think he used slinkies thinking that they looked cool.

LOL. For some reason, that seems extremely absurb, but logical also~

Default pharynx....Sex Acts

pharynx....

Any thing that you can think of no matter how aburd, crazy, gross, or dangerous as far as sex acts goes has been tried. This is a fact. It's actually kind of scary.

if it says DOT approved on the lights themselves, then they are legal. If they don't, then they're not.

Hello scioncop, i have a question thank you

my scion tc got sideswiped by a honda pilot recently. I woud lik eto know what this police report is in favor of? I hope this doesnt have any effect on my claim on insurance. I wouldnt want my points to go up cause of some idiotic rushing driver. Thanks

"Vehicle 1 was traveling west bound on bath ave behind vehicle 2(thats me) who was traveling west bound on bath. Vehicle 2 states he stopped his vehicle because of a double parked vehicle and vehicle 1 passes vehicle 2 crossing a double yellow line. vehicle 1 states the same."

thanks again
