There were no trophies. I don't even think there was a raffle.
This is what I'm talking about. I could not have said it better. This was truely one of the best meets ever, just talking, meeting new peep's, checking out others mods, and just having one hell of a good time. Let's get back to this.
I do not mod my box for competition, it's my daily driver (33k miles a year), I mod to personalize it to my own taste and to make it mine and different from others.
I go to meets to have fun and hang with peep's that share the same interest.
I am an old guy, I don't mean one that has been around this group for a long time(well kinda been around awhile) but I mean an OLD GUY (compared to most of you) I have been in many car clubs and motorcycle clubs some with drama and some without so I was not sure what I was getting into. When I first started up with everyone here I was amazed at how great people were and how much fun we had. I was looking at several different cars for a commuter to go to work I chose the Xb I have met many new friends since buying this car and feel even though there were some other cars that may have been better for what I like none of them would have introduced me to the people I know now. For that reason I love my Scion (not for the car, for the people)I know if I lost my car tonight I would still have these friends. Cars come and go friends are forever.

That's my 2 cents
