Default Anyone need a second set of hands working on their car?

This may seem kinda weird, but I want to learn more about the mechanical side of cars and don't really have any of my own projects at the moment so I'm offering myself up to you guys. This also seems like a good way to meet other Scion owners since I don't know any.

I'm new to working on cars, but have done the following installs in the last couple months:
front lip
short shifter + bushings
HID
DVD headunit
fog lights
step bars
(last 3 were on my friend's truck)

These are all fairly basic I guess, but I had to start somewhere and they went smoothly. I may be new, but I catch on quickly. I live in SF so I'd prefer you be within 45 minutes of me and weekends are when I'm available. My time is totally free to you (but you must not be getting paid if it's not your car) - all I ask is that you have the right tools to do the job safely, like jack stands, etc.

If there is something neither of us has done I'll help in finding instructions and figuring it out.

Anyway if you need someone around for whatever reason, let me know, I'm not above handing tools and reading directions - I just want to learn.

Sounds awesome if you lived near me. I need someone to help me throw some springs on my car... But good luck in your search for knowledge.

Yeah, I helped my friend put a set on his car and it was a pretty handy thing to learn. I'm sure you can find somebody who could use the help though.
