iv been busy so i havent been able to talk but this is what i plan to do: 1st if the cop doent reply ill automatically with because there is absolutly no eveidence against me. If he does reply of course ill lose BUT they cannot up the fine at all from the price on the ticket i first got and i asked that it be reduced if they do not find me in favor of the judgement and traffic court be applyed. If they do not reduce the ticket at all or not enough to make me happy i will then declare trial de nova and get a whole new court case and be dismissed from anything that previously happend. Then i will actually try to make some sort of case to either make proof of reasonable doubt that the officer does not know what he is talking about/ make a pity case to get the fine heavily reduced and traffic court applyed. So anyways the worst that can possibly happen (as long as im not an idiot in court and get a comtempt in court) is i will have to pay the full fine on the ticket and then goto traffic school.

Now as to this never works: the last ticket i got(having a friend under the age of 20 in the car while on a provisional licence) all i did was say I'm not guilty in a writen declaration and i won.

I have a good feeling i can beat this one/only pay 200 bucks instead of 600 so im gonna go with it.

 

Just use a Jedi mind trick! Get a plate that says "NOPLATE"
People will look at the front of your car and see no plate!

It's all in your mind...

Though I wouldn't be for changing the law in this case, it's great practice to try. Go for it.
