Default Front License Plate

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but since it's about California law I thought this is where I should post my question. I have the back license plate installed in my car. I never bothered with the front because imo it's better without it unfortunately it's illegal in California not to have it. I haven't been pulled, but better safe than sorry. Is there a way that I wouldn't have to drill a hole in my car for my front license plate? Do you have a pic maybe of where else it can be place?

Honestly I think everything I want or not want to put in my car is illegal in California.

300 is a lot, u can get plugs for ur bumpers for like 20 bucks from keytechniques.

and yea it will fit, u jus need to get bigger washers for it.
