Weapon-R would like to thank you for displaying your vehicle with our company this coming Saturday in Pleasanton; CA. Weapon-R has secured the spaces from Nightshift. Check-In/Load-In will be begin at 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., on Friday, Sept. 19th, 2008. Look for signs that will direct you to 'Car Registration Check-In'. Once you receive your competitor package you will be directed to the show staging area. Your competitor package will include a competition sheet, two wristbands (Bikes receive 1 wristband), and regulations for the event. Your competition sheet must be clearly displayed on the driver-side window at all times during move-in and show hours. Your vehicle will be classified by an NCCA judge at the staging area, please have the form readily available.
Weapon-R (Chris W. and Chris A.) will be there early to setup our booth display. I would like all registered vehicles to please follow the Nightshift roll in time. Unless I contact you directly! If I do not contact you please don’t contact me. NCCA will direct you were to go. I would like to stress that we DO NOT want any DRAMA! Of ANY TYPE! There are multiple clubs displaying with Weapon-R, and we would like to have this event a fun time to meet new people.
Also IMPORTANT! Weapon-R will displaying under the black 10x20’ tent of ours. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE hanging around in the booth area during show hours. The booth area is for product and a few female spokes models. If you would like to talk to me about something during booth hours make sure I am not busy with anything.
The parking spot you are designated is your spot. I DO NOT Want to hear anyone complaining. There will be some items/product available for vehicles that do not have any WR product. Along with some Weapon-R team shirts. We will bring what we have. I will distribute to who I can. Stickers will be provided on site.

I want everyone to have fun.
Also to the Scion owners Weapon-R should have the largest display of Scions at this show. 24 total Scions. Each model is represented.
