You can't have the windshield don't pass 6" or 9" in any state, w/o a prescription.
I had mine in 50% never had an issue in Cali. And would ride next to the cop, as to not get a speeding ticket, if the lanes were wide open, and been in traffic with them next to me. Also I went on to my military base and rode around the base with them up. I never bought attention to myself though by playing my music loud or having a loud @-- exhaust, etc. But 50% really isn't dark, you can still see in.

As of right now me either, as I'm currently in FL, but it's a awesome way to not have to drill your bumper and still be legal in states that required a front plate.

HAHA!!!! Not really cause I wish I was in Cali. I'm from San Diego. The drivers down here in Miami. I'll NEVER consider myself a Floridian, 619 -- SoCAL to the DEATH!!!!

But I do like the no smog and front plate rule down here. Oh I have 20% tint too.

And for anyone that says just leave FL, I'm military so I'm tied in unless I go to Iraq or Afghan.

 

HAHA. I'm at Tyndall AFB in Panama City. I've been trying to PCS for over 3 years. Tryin to get to Tacoma, or Sacramento.

 

I paid 100 bucks for my tint.... so paying the fine for me wouldn't make sense. I just hope I never get caught with it.
