Default Looking for a Body shop to Install an OEM pedastal spoiler

-Hey guys, I am about to purchase an OEM pedastal spoiler from Ebay.

-i was looking up the forums about how easy it would be to install, it seems pretty easy in fact, but i don't feel comfortable drilling holes into my baby plus, i read some people had some fitment issues with the holes not linning up?

-But the main question is if anyone knows of a shop that will do the install? some place reputable around San jose, Im willing to drive a bit of distance. If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be great!

thats awsome!

I would gladly pay you for your services. I was thinking of getting the OEM spoiler from Ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Paint...QQcmdZViewItem

one of those typical sellers, it says it comes with instructions on how to install, would that have the template?

hmm.. just the wording..

"OEM Factory Style Rear Spoiler" on that ebay auction would allow them to pretty much sell you a cheap knockoff replica of an OEM spoiler... with questionable quality..

i highly doubt it's an actual OEM spoiler... just an "OEM style".. meaning... cheap knockoff.

especially when the msrp of the spoiler from the factory is about $320.. but you can probably knock it down on sale elsewhere to the $260 range.. (that's painted of course)

so... buyer beware...

i would be the guy that breathes plenty of solder fumes.... yea.. lol..

umm.. as far as other sites.. trdsparks have things at a lower price than the typical dealership.. but you'll still be looking to spend about $270 or so.. and last i checked the site.. i couldn't find a ped. spoiler painted in your color :?

not too much of a big fan of the ped. spoiler.. maybe look into the lip one?

-yeah my buddy was trying to persuade me to go the lip way, much easier. but i really fell for the pedastal, I guess i gotta pay for it, might as well do it right the 1st time then trying to save some cash and run into problems later.

-went to trdsparks, 180 for the unpainted one, 200 to get it to my house, know of any paint shops that do a good job?-

-did a little more searching on ebay, god forbid, but this one might be a little bit better

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OEM-F...QQcmdZViewItem

says "Same spoilers we sell to new car dealers " in the discription. might be a little bit better? perhaps hahahaha
