I just called everyone t osee how they were feeling good thing it was only last night everyone is ok today. Anyone know what the official scion count was i left way to early.

 

Place was packed I've never seen that many Scion owners in one spot before 5 Axis cars were crazy met a ton of people Scion folks just have a good vibe we had a blast couldn't feel my legs after a while..wish I could have seen the parking lot I bet there were some top notch rides out there too!

Yea, it happened at scion night. I didn't notice until I was about to leave in-n-out in fairfield. Good thing it was just the stock one.

 

I thought everyone's cars would be just fine at Scion night, with nothing to worry about, goes to show you that you can't have too much faith in anything. I wonder if another tc owner just needed an antenna so they stole one of the nearest other tc or if someone was just being an idiot. Or both. The back of my box got scratched with a key either at Scion night or over night at home, I'd hate to think that someone who went to Marine World to admire other cars like theirs, would do something like that.

 

It goes to show you cant trust anyone anymore. I thought the same as most of us. That our cars were going to be admired instead of vandalized.

 

^ Shows that not all Scion owners are respectful... maybe we can blame it on one of the TONS of non-scion owners who just went for the yo yo yo concert action...

 

Yep, when I replace my antanna, i'm gonna start taking it off whenever I go to places like that.

 

If scion night is when my car got keyed, (and I really hope it's not) then I was also thinking it could have been a case of mistaken identity. You know maybe like there was someone's ex girlfriend/boyfriend there who was like "this car belong to my son of a b**ch ex! I'll show them!" lol You know with as many boxes as were there, I could totally see it. Of course my car has a rainbow flag sticker with happy face on it. And it's on the back, so the key-er would have seen it and realized the driver was ___. Unless of course I just got a homophobe scratching up my ride and that is even less cool than some random jealous moron. And just when I'm starting to really start the mods.

 

Could be that, but there are haters that are just plain @ssholes because it makes them feel better about their beaters.

 

Yeah I guess you're right, there's tons of people in the world who try to make other people bad so they can make themselves feel better. I work in retail so I see quite a few bad apples. It won't stop me from going to another scion gettogether though, this was my first one and it was so cool to see some of the things in person that I've only seen in thumbnail images online.

 

yea.... There were a lot of Non-scion owners out there... no maybe they took it out on our rides.... up in the parking lot at HIN, cars get messed with all the time.... it's super sad and really lame.
