I left to go to work this morning and my car was on blocks with all 4 wheels gone. I filed a police report already. They were 18" HP Design wheels with Kumho Ecsta tires.

Yeah, I had wheel locks. They have those sockets that are made to take them off if you lose the key which is probably what they had.

 

so sorry to hear that man, my parents' car got broke in couple time, still no cops patrolling my area...cops sucks....

That truly sucks. I also live in Hayward and had my box broken into and had all my stereo stuff taken!!

Do you have any pics of the wheels? If so, post up so when we're on CL we can keep an eye open for them.

 

Sad thing is, wheel locks are useless. Basically just a piece of mind for the owner. Reality is, if a thief really wants something, they'll get jacked regardless.

I'm sorry for your loss. I hope you get insurance to cover it. I'm paranoid to run any type of aftermarket wheel in my neighborhood.

Should be the first mod for any tC. We already have a huge target on our backs from the police, but criminals also! It's a tuner car and they know we have goods!
