Ill be in Cali a week from today. Im going down there for the final round of Formula D (drifting event) im so excited! we were going to rent an xb while we were down there but they were only going to let us have 150 miles a day and that wasnt going to work cuz were staying in venice beach and driving to Laguna Beach (i love that show) then going to Irwindale for the races. and each of those drives are like 50 -70 miles one way.

It doesnt get much better then staying at the Marriott one block from the beach for 50 bucks a night plus one night free!

 

2 weeks and I'll in Hawaii for a week!! so take that... free room&board... free tickets to big island... snorkeling, kayaking etc... so neaner neaner....lol..

Sounds like a sweet trip, my father in law is going to that. He lives down by there, but still it seems like drifting is really getting popular.

 

Couldn't you just pay an extra fee per day to get unlimited Mileage?

umm...if you've never been to Laguna then don't expect the TV show. some of the locales may be the same but after seeing one show, it's a totally different atmosphere from when i lived 10 minutes away. but have fun anyway.
