Thomas I am on my way over..........i love the taste of peat bog to end my day.........
A nice Tuscan wine would really be nice too.........I always screw up my wine choices so badly...........but on the lighter side........Boones Strawbery hill always tastes fine in my Waterford..............

Heheheheheh... The iodine flavor is from the kelp that is in the peat. Laphroaig is a very unique scotch.

Definitely an acquired taste, but those of us who enjoy it really do enjoy it.
Good Tuscan reds at cellar temps along with the more simple and usual chillable Italian table reds served cold would go very nicely with many Italian meals, of course, but don't forget to have a nice Soave on hand, to. (I used to suck up a rather extravagant amount of Folonari Soave when I lived in NJ and hung around Italian places.)
It sounds like you are working toward a very decent presentation there, Victor. I really do look forward to wandering in.
Good luck!
Tom

well when ever you ca ncome and get the pool table would be great, we are probably tearing out the carpet in the restuarant this weekend. I found out that there is tera cotta tiles underneath it. Well I thought how could you get much better for an Itailian restuarant.
Crap, I was kidless last night, I should of stopped by. Argh, I'm really bummed... it's so hard for me to be kidless these days too.
I want to go when the 'ladies' (just got back from looking at the website) are there.
