Default CEL!!!

Has anyone had this problem? I got a DC header and Invidia s-pipe. I did the diy CEL eliminator with the spark plug un fouls. It works, but if i take off quick... like bring it up to 6rpm's then shift it comes back on. I got it coded at auto zone and its a cat. code. But like i said it only comes on if I really step on it. Thanks

Defoulers dont always work,by the time you get it to work with that header it nearly rubs the floor.....

Just get the Weapon R defouler,it works everytime and is well made....there may even be other brands of L pipes out there by now that also work.

realistically the only way i ever got it to completely go away was to lengthen the wires and weld in a o2 bung after the secondary cat. even with the MMW antifouler i would still get a CEL while spending prolonged time in high rpms. all these two devices (anti foulers, and the MMW CEL eliminator) are doing is putting the o2 sensor away from the stream of exhaust so it doesnt read as high. but if you run up your back pressure real good it still gets to it and the computer figures out that you took out your precat.
