The Zune 30 failure became national news when it happened just three days ago. The source code for the bad driver leaked soon after, and now, someone has come up with a very detailed explanation for where the code was bad as well as a number of solutions to deal with it. From a coding/QA standpoint, one has to wonder how this bug was missed if the quality assurance team wasn't slacking off. Worse yet: this bug affects every Windows CE device carrying this driver.

 

^^^^ Now where do they break that down into normal talk? JK! A simple mistake that cost alot of bad press.

 

BTW Service pack 3 for xP/Vista contains a version of WGA as well that kicks you out if you have a pirated copy/ key that has been used multiple times...not the regular "you must take care of this," It just throws you out on your butt!

Thanks so much for coming last night. As I am leaving Washington square after a wonderful dinner with my daughter at Cheesecake factory we are walking to my car...just talking to my daughter and mentioning to let T know we are on our way home and sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiipppppppppppppp I go down HARD.....right on my tailbone (good thing for all the padding I have). Now I can't walk, can't bend, can't cough nothing with out pain. Nothing could knock out the pain last night so no sleep for me!

So thanks for showing up just long enough to make it so I have yet another reason I need to go to the doc....as if I hadn't been putting it off long enough. Now instead of going to the doc to discuss something else I get to go explain how the snow literally is a PIMA.....literally.

Thanks Don. Doc appt is at 12:30...she better give me something good....cuz my bum hurts sooo bad.... ok that sounds bad...but it's true. It friggin hurts....getting up from a chair, sitting on a chair, walking.....getting up the one step from living room to dining room.

My mom is gonna come take me to the doc....I am just hoping they don't need xrays or anything....although it's not like you can really see what is going on with all the padding I have....

This really sux. I was suppose to make an appt today for OTHER things.....and you know docs they want a DIFFERENT appt for EVERY thing you want to talk about...but I am still gonna try and see if she has Lyrica samples..... OYI....well at least most of our deliveries are done so I don't have a lot going on right now.....but T may have to go see the little old ladies at the Retirement home on his own on Thursday LOL

Make up your mind... die or dont... last night when i smelled that not so good "warm electronics" smell... i was thinking crap... gotta buy a new fan or card... then saw how much a vide card 2 levels above mine was... and im like.. please die.. i can buy 2 for 1/3 the price i paid for my current card...
now tonight your fan kicks on to cool ya down... then off and you smell... then on again... make up your mind... i really dont wanna spend the $$ now... but current prices are tempting...

I had this dream last night that Mike was Bernie Mac..........it was really funny......it woke me up.....and when I went back to sleep I went right back to the dream........he even was sitting in the chair talking to me like I was the audiance.......cannot buy dreams like that.......

Thank you for not making it to our house. Your absence was greatly appreciated. However, i'm still a little irked at you for causing us to have to leave our home last night, and making sleep in my in-laws motorhome in which someone had just recently died in. the 2 hours sleep was not enough! But i'm not gonna complain. anymore!
