First thing is to take your back foot and bring it placed slightly forward of the front foot......

Then as the pitch arrives at the peak of the arch of travel rotate back hip away from the plate and bring up but not forward the front leg.......

Bringing the power to the twist location bring the bat forward knuckles lightly gripping the wood of the bat.......

As the ball begins to break stay back on the plate bringing the bat through the plane of the plate as the front foot plants and twist area follows through.....

This will slow bat speed enough that while at bat you can stay flat on the known curveball pitcher and still foul off the slider and fastball if thrown in the curveball count......

It was a pleasant surprise last night to find my balance on my credit card was $1812.00 more than it should be.....

So after an hour of double checking my numbers,and listening to balance on phone.....yep.....somebody stole my credit card info and charged......get this $1812.00 on HSN......

Honestly I gotta wonder what on earth they bought.....where it is going.....and if they really thought they were off scot free.....

Well my money is back in my account,it is closed.....and hoping Karma will teach you what jail food tastes like........
