Obama can read a teleprompter (unlike McCain). He is a good speaker. Generally speaking he has a great idea of where the country should be and has an idea of how to get it there. He was a Civil Rights lawyer and taught Constitutional Law. McCain doesn't have that kind of an education. He was in the military and went to a Naval Academy to learn how to fly airplanes, but that's about it. I think Obama will be much more likely to fix the current state of our country than McCain would.
Well reading a teleprompter and speaking well doesn't really determine how well you can lead a country. McCain has way more political experience than Obama. McCain also goes after what he believes is right. Obama just changes his mind to what everyone wants to hear. McCain has been through real live hardships. He did go to the naval academy and fly plans but then he was willing to sacrifice his own life for our country. Obama has done nothing to support the country and just because you go to an Ivy League school doesn't make you a good leader. Granted the current President Bush has done some questionable things, I still back him for the things he has done right. Would you rather being fighting on U.S. soil or foreign soil? The economy is slumping right now, but I don't believe it is totally his fault. I do think McCain is a lot different and that he will do what is in the best interest for the country...not himself like Obama. Plus if you want to go crazy about reading a teleprompter.. well Governor Palin's teleprompter went out half way through her speech..and her's was a hell of a lot better than Obamas'

Umm, yeah...you do realize that he can't raise his arms any higher because he was tortured as a POW...right?
Knew he was a POW, didn't know he couldn't raise his arms higher than his chest, elbows must not bend either. I'm not trashing the guy, just thought it looked funny when he came out, Tim Conway went thru my head when I saw him. Not an Obama fan, McCain will be getting my vote.
the routine that the 'cong put him thru is commonly called the ropes.. they secure your arms behind you ,and only using the rope attached to you wrists lift you into the air, forcing your arms to twist upward behind you, eventually dislocating your elbows and shoulders... painful as all hell, he is one tough SOB to have survived.

( I really like Palin's version of the difference between a "Hockey Mom" and a pit bull!)

I don't care who you vote for but if you think all they learn in Military Academy is all military related you need to do a little more research. Also you can't believe everything you hear on the leftist TV and newspaper so research it all out. Then vote for who you feel is the right person. Also research Obamas background and the people he has ties to. Also do you really want a lawyer running our country? I've researched all the players Obama? NO WAY!!!!

This is why I don't want McCain. Plus he has temper issues.

Josh that's just what I'm talking about. My friend if you relay on you tube or TV for your info on either party that type of crap is what your going to get. If you look on you tube you can find tons of stuff like that on Obama also. Thats not research thats partisan bull. Things out of context and misleading info. I do not vote along any party lines I vote for the person. If you really do your home work and still think Obama is your man then cast your vote that way. I did mine and I believe this country will be better off with Mc Cain. But thats just me and I don't really care much who anybody else votes for thats their right. It doesn't make me think any more or less of them.
How about a McCain Oboma ticket? The point of this thread is Cindy's drifting
She Rocks!!! Politics are not a good think on these types of forums.
