It's a long trip to Vancouver, BC, for Sport Compact Nights on May 13th!!!! Where they don't even sell Scions.... so we're like a luxury import at the show! HEHE

It'll be a long trip, but worth every drop of gas! Just confirm that you're good to go and we'll solidify you on the list!

okay how much does it cost to get in...obviously i will not be showing..right?

 

Took me forever to find it on the site, registration for SCN in $50 Canadian... so about REGISTRATION COST : 50$ CAD per vehicle. (about $43 USD... wow, that used to be like 30...grrr ). If your coming from PDX you'll need to find a place to sleep in either place.

Couldn't tell you what Global cost, the site isn't up. Back when Mospeed ran it, it was about the same price.

If you go to Canada, budget for alcohol (personal priority), hotel (share a room/save some money), food, gas for 300 miles of driving round trip (from Seattle ~about 10-12 gallons xA/xB, don't know for tC).

 

well, i dont need to budget for alcohol because i dont drink. so i can rule taht out..i guess i'll start looking into hotels.

$50 is to register your car for the show. Attendance is like $17 CDN or if someone doesn't take a passenger, you can get in for free!

The official hotel in the past has been the Sandman, if you're going for the show, they have a discounted price of like $100 cdn a night.

 

okay...well i guess i'll put my car in the show..why the hell not. by then i should have atleast my stereo/angel eyes, tint, and interior lighting all done. sounds good, count me in. and i'll stay where ever everyone else is sataying just tell me where to sign up for it and how to get a room at the hotel.

so if i bring a passenger, do they get in for free with me?

 

That isn't too bad for a registration fee.

So does this mean now that so many of you guys are doing SCN, that none of you are going to go up there for Drive To Perform in June or will some of you still want to do that show?

Well i haven't been to SCN before, but Driven to Perform is a pimp a$$ show so I won't be missin that one.

Heck, they don't even have Scions as a make of car!

 

This is typically the deal. Roll in is on Friday night. Show is on Saturday night. Drive home on Sunday. So plan on getting out of work early on Friday oro something. When we find out more details, we'll post them here for everyone.

Glad to hear that there's so much interest in attending our show. Just to answer a few questions, there will in fact be a scion class if we have at least 5 entered just like what Dave said. Also judging from the amount of people interested, if we get 5 of each make we will even separate the scion classes.

For the Hotels, we usually have an official hotel that can provide you guys with a discounted price. This information will be posted up on the site shortly.
