Yeah I can tell how it can do that......it leaves you with a devil may care kinda attitude all day long,very much a lack of feeling,almost like your in a cloud at times.......

But it is working.......I am finishing day 5 with no smoking......and those that know me know how hard I have tried to quit smoking again,this has made it easy......no urge at all to smoke.......finally......lol

That's very cool Brian. Gotta take care of yourself. I have to remind myself of that all the time. I did a lot of wild stuff in my youth, back in the 70's, and now for me too, it's coming back to bite me at times. As others have said, do what your doctor tells you to do.
