Default Holy CAP!

installed my 1.2 farad cap today, man, i was told the difference wouldn't be noticeable and that it wasn't needed for only a 400watt amp, but it was given to me for free and has been sitting in the back of my car for months now, finally got around to hooking it up...and let me tell ya, there is a difference, not huge but there is one, much crisper sound and a more defined hit, the power drain isn't sucking the power from the component speakers any more either so they play a bit louder. just need to get some thicker gauge wire and my dual 12" enclosure and bigger amp, then i think I'll be set till its time to go custom box.

If you listen to music with a lot of bass you will notice a difference and depending on how old your battery is, the older it is the better the sound with a cap because it can build up a charge and provides a consistent flow of electricity. It will also save you from having to replace your battery and alternator as often, or sooner than you should especially if you listen to your stuff loud all the time.

Enjoy!!

The Cap in my Dad's Yaris helps a TON with his subs in the back... I hate light dimming and such.
