I don;t even know why you are wasting your time getting fixed... You described that you got a police report and just tell her insurance check the police report and they should fix it right away even she doesn;t pick up her phone..

UPDATE!

Just got her back from the shop. Minus my new hood because it's back ordered.
I'm happy. Now I'm just waiting for my money to come and my hood next month.

Sad thing was that yesterday I was at the other driver's court hearing as a possibly witness for the city. The dumb lady wanted to contest,.. because she tried to say that I had to yield to her to some extent. But the judge pretty much told her that she would lose the case, so she got her ticket deferred... I wanted her to contest. Haha.

That was nice of the lady to waste you r time by going to court and contestign the ticket..........does she think she is queen of the road or something........I remember reading the original stuff and the cop even told her she was at fault and you did not have to yield............call her insurance and let them know how nice it was of her to waste your time once again.........her insurer will not like it and probably drop her or raise her rates for being a douche.........
