injen is2100 on' 06 xb?
Just wanted to update this in case someone finds this thread down the road. The injen is2100 will fit the 06 but requires you modify the included VSV L bracket with a larger hole. You will also need a larger fasterner for the L bracket.
I should have mine mid next week!

Just wanted to update this thread in case someone finds it on a search: Got everything installed very easily -- took about 30mins.
The vsv L bracket mounted just fine with out an extra modification to the bracket. I don't know if there is a difference between my 06 and zinker's (just got mine last month). Might be a difference in the Injen kit *shrug*.
It looks so empty with out the stock air box in there

I will definately make it out to some events coming up. Forgot to mention that I in the process of putting in the intake I decided to take the bumper off just to get a good idea at how the headlight assembly for the knowledge. I attempted to clear the corners with the "break stuff" method. Worked really well for 1 but unfortunately I have a very almost impossible to see piece stuck in the left one. I don't think anyone else would notice it with out close inspection but I see it everytime I walk to my car. Stupid reflector is mocking me!
You should have see me chipping away at it and trying to suck it out with a shop vac for almost an hour. Took almost 3 times as longer to do that then putting the intake in
Tried that too -- It broke off where 1 of the tabs are. I think my best bet is to open it up at some point and reseal. That is of course if I decide to stay with the stock.
haha yeah i know... i was half way done with both of them with the "break stuff" method so I was trying to finish it up haha. I am going to try out some projectors for a while because I love the way they look... I will pop the stock ones open if I decide to go back to them though.
