O2 sensor hard to get out of a 08 tc factory exhaust header

Wow, I have had mine in and out 2 or 3 times and no problems, my car must of been built on Tue. or Wed. ...................... LOL I did a friends and his air meter in the s-pipe was stuck and when I got it out is had zeooooo anti lube.
