Tim bring some cash to the show for power, Id bring 80, just incase, If other people use it you can split the cost. What ampage are you using and what kind of connection for the car? That way I can get the write connection for my car and possible split the cost with you

 

Ok, so I'll get the stanchions. The price is for rental only. To buy is alot more expensive.

 

I'm rolling in Friday on steelies, prepping my car as much as possible and then pikcing up my rims and bringin them Saturday.

ALSO SEATTLE guys, we need a coin op wash place near the show.... can you hook us up with an address of a decent spot, so we can wash off all the crap from the trip up...

Other than that... I'm planning tentatively to be at Sharies near portland meadows at 7AM and leaving at 7:15 at the latest. I'll have a little less than 3/4s in my tank and should be right around empty by the time I'm up there I hope... I wouldn't fill it all the way up anyone.... I don't think it'll empty far enough down in the trip...

 

Also, KalEl, can you ask Allie about stanchions? Usually, convention centers have those readily available. Before I go and rent the stuff. Thanks.

I've got cell phones... that's what I was planning on... just having a list of numbers, just in case... I don't have any radios.

 

I just figured radios would be a lot quicker than having to dial a phone.

We have a Hot Spot Welding as a sponsor, so we'll have him work on making some permanent stanchions for the club. I'll bring that up tonight with them. But theres no way to have them by then.

Yes, elaborate on the pdx roll in... are you just coming into the convention center differently and still parking with us or are we going to be separated. I have two banners so that wouldn't matter, but it would be nice to be together.

hmm.. not sure if gonna find any coin-op car washes near staduim.... closest is Pink elephant 2 miles north of the stadiums...and i dont think that has Coin-op availible...

So.... current plan is.. to meet at Dustins work on friday and caravan to the nearest coin-op place then take hwy 509 to the stadiums...

Dustin will/should follow up with time(s) for that plan..

Well since the entrance for roll in is in the north parking lot, the closest & easiest I can think of is to meet @ either safeco's garage or the parking lot their on 1st ( which I think is the homeplate lot). Otherwise we'll have to go farther south or north to find a parking lot where everyone can pull in & meet up.

I guess i am just waiting on you guys to let me know when and where.
