Shirts? Elaborate!

I don't know if everyone wants to fork out any more cash... the ride up there plus registration is a lot for most.....

 

Shirts are the "dickies" style shirt thats posted up for order in the SE section threads. here on SL or the actuall SE forums... if you ordered them 2weeks ago your shirt will be here friday(judging by dustins post) we can place another order monday i presume...

 

I have already paid for mine. I would be willing to toss in $50 for the Stancheons and rope/chain. Is that to purchase, so we would have it in the future?

 

Ok just found out that I have the day off so i can meet when ever really. As for roll in ya, i agree with you there. Us 3 are the only one's making a attempt to figure this out, but hey i guess if it comes down to it then it'll only be us 3 rollin in together

 

The Seattle folks who can roll-in Friday night will have to create the layout for the whole group. Then when we roll the rest of the cars in at 2pm (I think we are still waiting on exact time) we will fill in the spots "reserved" by the team on Friday. So, Seattle guys decide where to meet up and get to the venue, finish up your details etc. then roll-in (Rope off our area if that can be arranged in time). Saturday early morning (Tim suggested 7 am at Jantzen beach sheri's) we leave PDX for Seattle. Upon arrival we will need to comandeer a location for major cleaning of our cars and then detail up to show level in time to roll-in (Seems logical that they would have us come in at 2pm) , pop-up the tent, hang the banners, finish last minute detail, donn our new Shirts and get ready to greet the crowds. Sound like a plan?

Well, its something to shoot for. I know there will be lots of improvising along the way.

 

^Yeah..... I PRAY she can get us in before 2... (I can always hope) Who ever hits up friday hopefully can break out xB and tC sections and a spot for the tent and such... I'm sure Allie and KalEl will have that planned out here soon though.

Stanchions or not, I'm cool with either... I still want to run power and am setting up a more showy presentation, so having stanchions and rope/chain would be great, but I can't fork out any more than I have for the two entries, gas, food, and power.... ugh...

 

I don't think I'm going to be able to register, since I'll have to leave Seattle by 7pm on Saturday to head home. I'll still come up for the car show and such and wouldn't mind driving up with you guys.

Go Tu! That's the one.... right near Portland Meadows.... just off I-5, so easy to get in and out of.

You don't need to bring anything with you registration wise.... they'll just ask your name and confirm you have less than 1/4 tank of gas...

 

So now that your frog guy isn't able to make it what does that mean? Are you guys trying to win the team participation award by having the most members registered?

 

Here we go they only have 11 of us as registerd and paid, kelly and sheep have not paid, I cant get a hold of them, Thurs is the last day to register, Tim power will be a flat fee of 60, if we bring a splitter we can all run off of it, if peoples cars are set up for power connection. Roll in for pdx people is 12pm on Sat. As of right now, they said they think were the only Scions entered, There should be an Xb and TC class.
