so if some of us are comming in saturday and some friday, how are we going to be all parked togeather?? because they said CLUBS have to come in togeather if they are parking togeather....

 

Like I said before it will be taken care of just show up, They will block an area off for the right amount of cars. Also can someone work on something to rope are area off please.

 

Shawn, I'm off at 2. I can be in Seattle by 5 by the time I'm done loading cleaners and precleaning and stuff. I'll hang around til 830, then I'll need to catch the ferry back. Gotta be back in Brem by 10. Got a B-day Party to go to. woot!!

 

YEAH! We need someone with Rope Off Divider Connections.... I looked to no avail and though about welding 4 poles similiar to the hot rod show with the cams, but just don't have time....

Saturday is one of my best friends 30th bday.

 

Definately Your Car is Stuck... we can arrange to bring it to a location afterward for you as we'll have extra drivers, but we're inside, surrounded by a ton of people... so no cars move from 2 to around 10:30ish... that's concrete...

HEY SE GUYS! Whats the roll in plan?? Firm this up!!! So far Shawn, Jason & I are the only Seattle guys getting our roll in planned and im pretty sure we want to all roll in at the same time.

 

I'm going to ask some of my friends who have business's if they'll let me borrow their stanchions. Also, I'll check with Heartland Scion (one of our sponsors) if they'll let us borrow theirs. I'm sure that if they are not using them, they'll let us borrow them.
Any idea, about how big a section we'll be covering? I was trying to picture 15 Scions in my driveway.... then I got side tracked with the thought.... cool... lol..
Anyway, those who were at the PDX show should have some sort of idea on a layout.

 

All in a Row.... That's how the had us set up before....

BUT, with 15 cars, that's gonna run at least 350 feet of rope and the neccesary stanchions...

That's a lot of dividers....

I'm just curious on where they'll put us and how they want us set up... Hopefully we'll get a good spot and get set up nicely with the xB's and tC's seperate...

 

ok, for 350' of chain and 35 stanchions, it'll cost $17 per car. Let me know if you all want it. It's about $5 per stanchion and $.20 ft for the chain +tax(wa). I can get less too. If we just want to get 1/2 of that or just 100' plus 10 stanchions, that'd be about $7 per car.

I need to know ASAP!!!
