They do give them for right hand turns my dad got one. they take like 4 different pic's too! its pretty sucky! i his papers, and it was all color and everything! but i would guess if you were over the live before it turned yellow you should be fine.

 

I don't know about Oregon but in Washington the good thing is that it won't go on your permanent record:

"By Washington state law, violations detected by traffic safety cameras are processed like parking tickets. A conviction on a traffic camera violation will not appear on your state driving record. "

 

Yeah it is like a parking ticket........nothing to worry about.........go to court and see if it can be reduced..........most times they will.........if not then tell them to take payments........

 

If they are like the ones down in Medford, they won't ticket you for making a right hand turn. The ones here don't have a way to take a picture of anything but the side of your car while making a turn.

alot of the cams. dont take a back plate yet. There was a news article not too long ago, saying that the parking officals handed out like 4000 tickets to people without a front plate, as the red light cams could not catch them going thru reds.

You may be lucky. Or maybe not! :/
