What a long day. Nice drive and got one hell of a warm reception from Dave(shortbus) when we got here, dang near broke Shirley's ribs he hugged her so hard, lol. Its great to see him and Chris again. Lots of really nice cars here, going to be a killer show tomorrow.

Yeah, between three cars, we got them down here. Had to lighten Justin's rig as much as possible to reduce the rubbing. He is going to get his fenders rolled this morning.

Thanks guys. Yeah, that blue tC was pretty nice. He went home with his share of trophies, Sciko tC, Best Paint, Best ICE, Dealers Choice, maybe venders choice too, can't remember. There were a lot of nice cars there.

We had a great time. It was so nice to hang out with Dave and Chris for the day. We stopped by their house on our way to hwy 101 for a nice break from the driving and visited more. The show was great and when the trophies were presented, they took the time to explain where the trophies came from and their value. They called Justin up and gave him a gas card for transporting them down.

We have to thank Andrew and his wife for putting us up for the night and feeding us.

All in all, a great weekend. So far, our drive has been very nice and relaxing, going to be hitting the redwoods this morning, then part way up the Oregon coast before we stop again. See everyone in a couple of days.

 

Nice, thats the way to do it, making a big trip out of it.

Hey if your stopping at the Redwoods.....stop at Trinidad......take the exit and go past the store towards the Ocean......there is a small beach there......beautiful sunsets if I may say so......I stayed in the cabins just half a mile up the road there.....the fish is fresh in the store too......
