Dustin had mentioned possibly doing some "non-scion" meets in relation to our Weight Loss Challenge.

Any ideas? Urban walking (what I like to do at the mall/downtown/Burke Gillman trail)? Eating out sensibly (vegitarian/zoopa/low carb/low sugar)? Learning healthy habits (cooking/recipes/exercise)?

What to do???

Can one of you snazzy listmasters make one master list of our participants, weights and BMI's if listed? I'll hav more info a little later about some of the added extras we'll be doing.

I'm not a snazzy listmaster but I can come up with a nice spreadsheet of this for you guys. I'll post it up later this evening.

Get me a confirmed list and what you want on there, Dustin, and I'll fab one up. Unless THE TIM™ gets to it first.

So Lee...I already came up with a quick list but I'm not sure how to make it "pretty" or if Dustin wants any further information.

And in other news...I joined a local version of the "Biggest Loser Challenge" and we all got a card for 15% off Zoopa any time we wish. If anyone wants to eat healthier (more of the salad...less of the baked potatoes with all the toppings) I can use it for a whole group.

Tomorrow...I'm going to challenge myself to drink 64 ozs of water (8 x 8 oz glasses). I'm hoping to make this a daily effort!!!

Thanks, CoreyAnn. I was going to get crackin' on that table while at work, but things got in the way towards clockout time.
