Step on the fun pedal and the whole thing changes. The car WANTS to run now as opposed to being made to run. I'm hoping for a trip to the track soon so I can really stretch the new legs.

I don't know if you've been to the road track before, but if you haven't you'd need to do the full day school (1 day high perf driving clinic) that happens on Aug 16, 17, and 30... it's way pricey, but totally worth it. I'd be able to do the Afternoon lapping on the 30th if you go then so we could be out there at the same time.

I think I'm going to try and hit the track on August 30 and August 31. Would be awesome to see you (or anyone else who might want to go) out there too!

Got myself some bike shoes today!

My dad had SPD pedals on his old road bike, so I jacked them and got myself shoes so I didn't have to buy whole new pedals for my bike, and yes he said I could!

So yay! Now I have about 1/4-1/2 more power in my stroke because of the pull-up from the cleat, super nice for the hills, insane for the flats!

Muscle = More Dense than Fat....thats prolly why you didnt seem to drop below 200lbs....its all about the frame of your body and your BMI
