And Dustin, while I understand what you're saying in your last paragraph, I'm not making this thread for people to vent about being cutoff once in a while or "Driver of 123-ABC waited TEN SECONDS at a green arrow before he went..."

call a cop, contrary to popular belief not all scion owners are fun loving free spirited people like yourselves, if the person indeed did what you said, law enforecment should be notified. thier are several laws that were broken in that stunt and at least they would be advised of this clown. I have submitted plates to LE before and trust me they look into it.
A) speeding
b) failure to maintain a lane
c) unsafe lane change
and if you had to swereve technically it could be classified as a hit and run, if you were "run off the road"
in california you do that those are what you could be cited with providing the person you did this to you did not cap your ___, which is common in cali as of late.

man-o-man!! Wa state definately has a bunch of ____TY drivers!! just yesterday this hispanic dude was being a bad ___ and decided to cut me off as he entered the freeway. then he tried to break check me a few times so I went over another lane and the f*cker cuts me off AGAIN!! If wouldn't have moved into the HOV lane he woulda side swipped my tC!! I got soo mad that I throw a lighter at his car. I was gonna get his lisence plate but he slowed down and I was ahead of him. That jus shows how irresponsible some people can be. Im actually thinking about carrying something heavy and damaging for the next time someone wants to pull that ____ on me again. 
As for your dillemma brad. PM me the lisence plate number. Im going to have my TRD shocks and Hotchkis sway bars installed next week so If I ever come across this guy, he's not getting away. I'll catch up and YELL that he's a freakin hazard and is endangering others lives. I'll do what it takes to get this guy notified before he puts a bad rep for tC's up her in the NW. Last thing I want is some cop pulling me over because of some punk ___ RED tC causing accidents.
I feel like I get singled out sometimes just because my tC is modded out and cops think imma racer, so they pull me over for bull____ reasons. THANK GOD I have a Radar detector. But yeah, keep a look out for this guy and someone make sure he know's he's endangering others.

So you are going to endanger more lives by trying to get this guy busted? Sounds like a bit to much in my opinion. I say just grab the plates and then call the cops. Not to mention this guy might pull over and try to bust a cap in your booty.......Not interested in damaging my car or myself in teh pursuit of some jerk. I would highly advise you against this as well.......

three stories here.. just for laughs
#1... A guy I use to work with, I'll call him geek (because that's what he looked like to me).. ANYWHO.. He's being tailgated by this guy drinking coffee out of a regular mug... so he waits patiently for this guy to put the cup up to his mouth and blam.. this guy stomps on the brakes... He was in tears telling me this because the guy literally threw his mug up on the dash trying to get both hands on the wheel... Coffee dripping down the window and all...
#2.. dainty girl.. not one you'd expect to hear a story out of.. She's got a cup holder full of pennies that she flips out her sunroof when she's being tailgated at night.
Neither of which I condon nor say to do... I just found these stories particularly funny because the original teller didn't fit the bill as the type of folks who would pull it.
#3... Me.. driving home from Eugene one day in my wife's truck.. Being tailgated by this champaign colored accord.. Blue tarp laying in the middle of my lane, so I straddle it.. Tailgater gets the tarp thrown up across his bumper and it sticks.. I could see in the review mirror that blue tarp just beating the hell out of his hood (thinking of those little aluminum rings smacking away on his paint... it was truely blissful.
I don't remember what comedian said this originally.. but
Everyone on the road who isn't driving exactly like me at that moment is either a bunghole or a maniac...
It's words I live by... somedays I'll be almost road raging while trying to get somewhere and EVERYONE that is holding me up are the bungholes.
Other days I'll be sunday'n it.. driving a couple miles an hour below the speed limit and getting tailgated, passed and flipped off... <-- they would be the maniacs.
I guess in the end I have nothing pertainent to say in this thread.. Just bored..
