Any WA Scion owners into fishing? Rivers around the OP are opening up next month, maybe see some of you around?

 

We're not into fishing enough to make it out to the Olympic Peninsula.

I love to fish but haven't since we had our last child. He's a little too much to take anywhere like that, lol.

 

I like the Snohomish River personally (since its close), also enjoy Silver Lake (again for the fore mentioned reason), but my favie is Lake Conconully just aout of Omak!

 

I finally got out on Monday after a long dry spell, and hooked one on a marabou jig under a float, but shook the hook off. Hopefully this year will be better, 0-1 is not a good sign, lol

 

With all the beautiful and cleaner lakes just minutes north of you, you still fish in that God forsaken lake? WTF is wrong with you? LOL

nice fish bet that one was fun bringing in, Do you fly fish or are you a bait caster? And does anyone like to salt water fish?

 

I'm a gear head aka "drifter", but trying out the float technique too. I just starting fishing last year and am hooked! Sorry bad pun....I have never been fishing on a boat

 

I know what it is like to be addicted to fishing. I ahve been for years. I usually go out on the sound and go for salmon or cod. I like to mouch and troll.

However just got into fly fishing last year and that is a total blast. Talk about fun you have to try and *** the fish to the surface and get them to bite your fly. I have had some fun learning it and have even caught a few fish as well.

 

nice! I hope to get into fly or spey after I get the basics and my debt down, lol.
