The snow doesn't bother me as much as black ice does. Black ice cost me my first car so long ago, and I've been pretty fearful ever since.

Yes, everyone be very careful! I got all the way to work yesterday and then slid into a curb here in the parking lot. Messed up the wheel pretty bad so a new one is on the way. Other than that I was about 6 inches from sliding into a light pole which would not have been so easy to fix! Brian was off today so I had him drive me since I can't really drive my car in it's current condition anyways. Tomorrow's not going to be fun at all!

Had about 1/2 an inch last night befor I went to bed and it was not sticking to the roads at all. To about 5" this morning and all the raods were covered. I got in my truck and trudged off to work. Mad it ok but had a few slips here and there. And of course there is not a single customer out on the lot today and probably will not be one out there. What I find amuzing is even though the sun is coming out it is getting colder so anything that was melting now definatly is frezzing, there is Icecicles all over the cars, we have to knock the big ones off of the roof so they will not damage any ofthe cars.

We have had like 20 snow bal fights already. But mostly I jsut want to get out of here and go have some fun in the snow.

Hehe I woke up this morning and there was snow on everything EXCEPT my car! I guess my car is impervious to snow.... Either that or since it's right in the sun... =P

But I like the impervious thing better

It took me 45 minutes last night to get from the lakeland hills area to my house...which is about a mile from the Auburn Golf Course. That's like a 10 or 15 minute drive. It was crazy. That crx is a trooper! :D

Any idea on how bad the roads are up in Lakeland right now? I'm supposed to have a poker game there tonight.

Also...does anyone live in the fairwood area? I'm wondering about petrovitsky and carr road.

I know that last night/early this morning we had a pile of abandoned cars at the bottom of both Lake Tapps Parkway and Lakeland Hills Way but once you get to the top of the hill those are pretty clear. The snow/black ice is still pretty much on the back roads in the neighborshoods. Mo & I opened our blinds and have watched the people slipping & sliding just to get into our division. The sun is finally getting high enough to start clearing some of this stuff but I'm not sure what'll happen this evening when it gets cold enough to refreeze.

Fish and I got about 7 inches... of SNOW you pervs... I know what you were thinking!
I am glad the rain stopped as it decided it was time to come in through the roof of the garage. I found Fish's drum set completly sodden at about 6:30 am when I went to feed all of our beasts. I went into the bedroom and said hey Fish the roof is leaking. I think he mumbled, and then I said your drums are all wet, and that got an immediate response! We went to Lowes... again, and got stuff for roof repair. We really need some Lowes stock!
Cassie made a snow man and was working on a second the last time I checked on her. Gotta say it sure is a spectacular sight outside! Love Mother Nature.
