Default Fix it ticket!

Hey I just got a fix it ticket for my exhaust being too loud and i was told by a CHP that i just had to go to some smog shop and have them do a decibel check on it and so I called Pep Boys and they were telling me that I had to go to some referee and have them check it out. Does anyone know what I need to do to get this taken care of?

there already is a thread made about exhaust tickets that is sticky'd in the pacific regional section. there you can read through the first couple of pages and understand what needs to be done.

State reffs. are closed. Just had a friend go through this. He went to court and they said that that anyone with a smog related citation is free to go and charges are dropped.
