Default Good place to buy Rotas in San Diego

Right now i'm looking to get some 16" wheels w/tires and lug nuts. i was quoted $745 cash picked up in corona. they're 16" circuit 8's with tires and locking lugs. is this a good deal?

is there another place locally that can give me a deal?

Call Island Motorsports. They arnt in San Diego but about an hour away but will ship. Tell them the price you can get them for and what's included and see if they can match it.
