hey every body i have problem with my tc a little help pleas

ive been hearing this squeeky noise when i turn the steering wheel of my car its mostly louder to the left and least louder to the right.....so can anybody tell me what it might be?.......

low on power steering fluid...

its not the power steering fluid because i checked it and its full....it could be the axles i dont know because i recently got it back from the body shop because my girlfriend had had and accident on my car...and they replaced everything on it......so it might be the axles.....because it just barely started making that noise like 3 days ago...and it didnt make no noise when i got it....
