Default NEON LIGHTS... Legal?

hey everybody! well ive been doing some research on this subject and i just wanted to know what you guys thought about or know about it... is it illegal to DRIVE with your neon lights on? from what i have read from the DMV website that its not illegal you just need to follow two simple rules... ill post what those rules are later...

i heard that too. as long as they are NOT blue or red, AND are NOT pulsing, you should be fine.

I think they are talking about the LED lights on the window washer spout. and I think they have to be light.

From what I remember, you can not drive with any kinds of neon lights on(visible to the outside of the vehicle) while the vehicle is in motion, no matter what color, now if you are parked and have them on, then its no problem. I remember this from like 3 yrs ago, so it might have changed.

(I'd give you a link to the Washington state laws on this, but unless you were driving through it doesn't matter that much. The only thing Washington adds is no blue, green or red lights visible from directly in front of the vehicle. The rest is about the same: Headlights must be white, other front lights white or amber, front side must be amber rear sides must be red, rear turn signals red or amber, brake lights and tail lights red, etc.)
